Since becoming a mother in 2019, I knew that I wanted to focus on helping and supporting women as they transition into motherhood. Whether this is your first or your fourth baby, we are here to help and support you. Our classes are based on deep knowledge and understanding of the female body and pregnancy. We believe that knowledge is power, and are passionate about helping women to understand the changes that are happening in their body during and after pregnancy, and into motherhood.
I first discovered the practises of yoga and meditation when living in Hong Kong in 2015 and instantly knew that I had uncovered something that would change my life forever. At the time, I was working in an incredibly fast paced stressful job and felt overwhelmed and unbalanced. One Sunday morning I stumbled upon a local yoga studio and decided to go along to a class on a whim. And so started my love of this wonderful practise!
In 2017 I qualified as a Yoga Teacher with YogaHub, and as a Prenatal and Postnatal (Mum and Baby) Yoga Teacher with the Elbow Room in Dublin. Over the years I have practised and trained in cities all over the world including New York, Seattle, London, Melbourne and Paris. I've been teaching for over four years for various private and corporate groups, and in Huckletree Dublin, one of the UK & Ireland’s leading coworking spaces.
